Nikki began practicing yoga when she was 14 years old as a bit of flexibility training as a competitive athlete, and found her life irreversibly transformed through practice. Through physical and personal transformation via the yoga vehicle, she was inspired to begin her teaching career in 2008. The classes she discovered through Baptiste Power yoga has maintained and strengthened the sense of balance in her life, through the flow and uniting of breath and asana, the practice has opened her to possibility in all areas of her life.

CrossFit Soul's Red Cheetah Yoga instructor is Crystal Long. She started doing CrossFit in December of 2013. She has since adjusted her work schedule to accommodate her wodding and yoga schedule. The variety and intensity of wodding and yoga both humbles and empowers her. She has been practicing yoga for 13 years, and believes yoga is more essential than ever when wodding consistently. Teaching yoga to CrossFitters is one of her passions because it completes and rounds out her training.

Virginia's life was forever changed when she committed to her practice at Bala Vinyasa Yoga (soon to be Green Monkey) in Coral Gables. Bala Vinyasa's physical practice and sense of community was effectively empowering for her, and made her transition into the CrossFit community fluid and easy. Virginia's power yoga class are infused with a light, fun ease and offer a physical challenge. Her restorative Red Cheetah Yoga classes are known for landing perfectly in athlete's bodies from a space of calm healing and integrity.

Liz began practicing yoga in 2006 and is currently completing her second yoga certification at Bala Vinaysa Yoga. Liz decided to dedicate her life to yoga and fitness, her mat evolved into a place of personal growth and empowerment. Liz moved to South Florida in 2014 from Boston, a move she felt she needed to positively challenge herself in new ways. On Miami Beach, Liz discovered Baptiste Power Yoga at Red Cheetah Yoga and Green Monkey/Bala Vinyasa and began her journey in CrossFit at CF A1A and hasn't looked back. Liz's intention as a yoga instructor is to empower others on and off their mats.

Jackie began her practice of yoga in 2014 and did her 200-Hour teacher training certification (RYT) through Bala Vinyasa (Green Monkey Program). Jackie attended Florida State University and holds her Masters in Clinical Social Work / B.S. in Family and Child Sciences. Jackie is known for her devotional teaching style, encouraging students to connect with their spiritual hearts finding their inner truth and self. She is honored and humbled to share the teachings of this lineage with others who are seeking a realization of that true happiness and oneness of the divine within us all.
Kelly has been an athlete her whole life, She holds her B.S. in Science in Exercise & Sports Science & Science in Dance through the University of Ursinus in Pennsylvania. Her practice inspires her to try on new perspectives in everything she does. She is constantly challenging her abilities to take on the hardest version of every pose and execute them using proper technique and perfect form. For Kelly she has gained clarity using an open mind to face all challenges with a mindful attitude of possibilities and new opportunities. He aims to encourage body awareness, agility, and strength that is created by the power that comes from mindfulness. Izzy feels that yoga has definitely inspired him and he has received a new found gift in his life that has led him to a renewed patience in himself and others. His personal practice has opened himself up new possibilities in his life. Izzy's classes are powerful and challenging, but most important they are fun and all his students can tap into their fullest potential.
